Also, exercise can help your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, and exercise can improve your mental health and mood. Exercise can keep you thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age, and exercise has amny activity can help your body. 
How can I make exercise a part of my regular routine? 
Make every day activities more active, and be active with friends and family. Also, keep track of your progress and make exercise more fun. Then, find activities that you can do even when the weather is bad.
