Heart Disease in Women 
The most common cause of heart disease in men and women is narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries and it’s the major reason people have heart attacks.
Heart diseases that affects women more than men include 
• coronary micro vascular disease (MVD) - a problem that affects the heart’s tiny arteries.
• Broken heart syndrome- extreme emotional stress leading to severe but often short- term heart muscle failure. The older a woman gets heart disease, but women of all ages should be concerned about heart disease.

Also, exercise can help your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, and exercise can improve your mental health and mood. Exercise can keep you thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age, and exercise has amny activity can help your body. 
How can I make exercise a part of my regular routine? 
Make every day activities more active, and be active with friends and family. Also, keep track of your progress and make exercise more fun. Then, find activities that you can do even when the weather is bad.

Timeline:

On 24 October 1954, Malcolm parents divorced and he was nine years old.

In 1978, Malcolm attended Brasenose College, Oxford, on a scholarship.

In 1987, Turnbull deviated from practising law and embarked into an investment banking business with establishing Whitlam Turnbull and Co.

Early 80s, after his studied, Malcolm headed back to Australia, and started practicing law.

In 1980, Malcolm studied Civil Law, finishing a bachelor's degree.

In 1980, Malcolm and Lucy got married while Malcolm was studying in the Oxford University and the couple lived in the Suburbs of Sydney.

In 1990, the company was renamed as Turnbull and Partners Ltd., after Whitlam left.

In 1999, Malcolm bought a stake in the famed internet service provider company 'Ozemail'  for half a million dollars, and sold his stakes for a whopping 57 Millions.

In 2000s, the Prime Minister John Howard promoted Malcolm, and made him a parliament secretary, allowed him to report directly to the PM.

In 2000, Turnbull retired from the post.

In January 2001, Malcolm was honoured with the Centenary Medal for his incredible services to the corporate sector as a businessman.


In 2004, Turnbull became the leader of opposition.

In 2004, Turnbull fought him and ended up beating him in election.

In 2004, Turnbull joined the Australian National Flag Association.
 

In December 2007, Malcolm held the position in the government as Shadow Treasurer and later.


In 2008, his colleagues elected him as the leader of the opposition Liberal Party, and Malcolm accepted and held a position until December 2009.


In 2015, Turnbull resigned from his post as the communications Minister and in the leadership ballot challenge, he defeated Abbot by 10 votes and became the Prime Minister.


In 2015, Malcolm became the leader of the party after defeating Abbott by 54 votes.


On 15 September 2015, Malcolm became the 29 Prime Minister of Australia.


In 2016, Malcolm became the Prime Minister.


 On July 2017, the combined wealth of the Turnbull husband/wife is close to 200 Million Australian dollars.











Turning Points and Achievements about Nelson Mandela's Biography

Achievements:

At university Nelson became increasingly aware of the unjust nature of South African Society.

Nelson finished his degree and qualified to become a lawyer.

In 1952, Mandela and Tambo opened the First Black Law firm in South Africa.

In 1952, Mandela was instrumental in pushing the ANC into more direct action.

On 10 May 1994, Nelson Mandela became a president of South Africa until June 1999.

In 1993, Nelson Mandela was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize jointly with F.W. Deklerk.




Turning Points:


In 1996, Mandela had been arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment in the notorious Robben Island Prison.

In 1990, they eventually led to Mandela's release.

Mandela became a president of South Africa from 1994 to 1999.

Nelson Mandela lost his eldest son to this disease, and he has worked hard to campaign on this issue.
